Those millions of shares (a third of the outstanding) in the private market make a huge difference precisely because of the smallish outstanding share count. They have the ability to control the price until they are gone. In the long run it won't matter much assuming TPI does the business we all expect them to do but at some point they will all be sold into any strength that develops.
