Proxy Sensitive.. I am invested here because I am hopefull the company has a cutting edge product. At the end of the day the reverse split is meaningless in regard to per share valuations. I also generally defer to management (who depends on financing to realize their vision) the best way to stucture the equity. But it does seem a bit arrogant if intentional. To those who may call, can we get an update of the success of the recent tests. Did the company realize the distances required? The technology will more likey drive the stock price more than a split. jmt
