Well there poster of the first part, I, the poster of the third part, had read the posts of the poster of the second part at #reply-4853203 as well as the post of the poster of the first part at #reply-4853113. It is pretty clear to the poster of the third part that neither referenced post forwarded any real definitive information in this regard. The poster of the third part can see what looks like speculation. It seems that a definitive statement from management, on the record, along with the proper filing of the changes in the board of directors, might set this issue to rest, in the mind of the poster of the third part. Especially in light of the fact that the name change was recorded so efficiently, but the listing of the officers of the corporation seems unaffected. Speculation doesn't qualify as an answer for the poster of the third part.

The poster of the third part would say again that the involvement of John Christensen in any on going sense may be a source of concern for anyone interested in gauging the value of this company's shares. It seems to the poster of the third part, that given his less than spectacular ability to bring any of those deals to profitable results for the shareholders, other than of course via the press releases announcing the various epic shifts in corporate direction and strategy (see #reply-4839760), it is the opinion of the poster of the third part that his continued status should be nailed, so as to remove any uncertainty.
