Binder Yes, it would, but I would rather not have to watch all the little tricks played in the book get thrown at us, and not have to watch & worry everyday whether the business was being taken care of in proper fashion. Prefaced with John sounds like a good man and a straight shooter. Hopefully we would not need an outside informer to look out after the shareholders. This Dan deal stinks, and if there were a RAMCHARGER in the group of directers, events can be eliminated. JMHO Bill
