Maybe I do not have a great grip on the facts, but it seems to me that even IF Dan DID get away with anything, his real victim(s) are NOT necessarily the shareholders.

Gary,

Wasn't Arcon talking about a ticker(& by necessity a CUSIP) change before all this mess started? I thought that they wanted to make the change anyway to reflect the new co. image.
Dan's fiasco only added a different reason for doing so.

Just wishful thinking, I guess, and would put restraints on you and your trading. Then think who you want on the Board and you/we may be able to get them on the Board with our voting power.

Who is watching the chicken coop now ? Yes it is being taken care of, but still, if you have strong people as director's less problems occur. bill
