Looks like my little "joke" is catching on. But you of course know your skills. And you're is correct in saying that you would be muted, since it would be innappropriate for a BoD member to post on SI. I'm not even comfortable with an IR guy posting. "Beside the board should be made up of business men in that industry" There buddy, I will disagree. What is my best bud Lou G's background? A member of the board, should be able to do: 1. Enhance shareholder value. 2. If uncertain what else to do, see rule 1. This of course can be done in a number of ways, by having petrol industry expertise and or contacts, by having gerneral marketing savy (ala Lou), by being a "watch dog" or any number of other ways, that do not necesarily have a foundation in the petrol industry. The online investor from Houston idea may have merit. The person MUST be able to contribute positivley to the company, and have a lot of general business background. Business experince should be minumum of 20 years or so.
