Oh well now that is what is interesting see... John has 50K of B for 7.5M Capital Investment has 90K A for 3.15 M SHareholders A (once I get tally can have 117,396 +50K (Dan sold) = 167,396 = 5.85 M Plus 42,004 x 35 = 1.470 for a total of 7.3 M roughly which is only 200K less than John plus any common which amounts to 2.7M plus any of the 9M warrants that have been exercised into common. Now the warrants are not votes until exercised so I am curious to the count and so forth. This is why I am trying to keep an accurate total of the P and the common. GB
