Antares' involvement give shareholders a safety net, which is good in these terrible times for the junior gold sector. The downside is, of course the dilution, and the fact that the cheap warrants will prevent a quick upside to the stock. In otherwords, don't look for 30 cents, plus, again for a year or two. Regards.

Mr. John Menzies reports The company will issue 3,340,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees.

The options will have a five year term and will be exercisable at 20 cents for two years.

The previously issued and outstanding incentive stock options, totalling 1,155,000, granted to directors, officers and employees of the company at exercise prices ranging from 50 cents $1.40 per share will be repriced to 20 cents per share.

All other terms of the outstanding options remain unchanged.

Upon completion of the above, the company will have 4,495,000 incentive stock options outstanding, exercisable at 20 cents per share.
