I have been a lurker for quite a while and have noticed that not much information has been shared about Internet Gaming Corporation, so I thought I would share what I've found. Software Gaming Corp (formerly Flying Disc Entertainment Inc) through its wholly owned subsidiary Internet Gaming Corp announces it has completed preliminary development of "CyberSpades Casino", an online gambling site to be played over the Internet. Internet Gaming Corporation has licensed from Intertainet Overseas Licensing Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cryptologic (OTC:CRYP), software and support services for the operation of full featured casino games such as Black Jack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat and Keno.
