Mary,

Thank you for posting that information about IGC. It does look like we have a question regarding who owns IGC. Is it Software Gaming Corp or Global. More importantly, if Glow owns them - then why wouldn't Gary simply answer the many questions regarding who the principles are of IGC especially if it were a subsid of Glow.

Secondly, if IGC is owned by GLOW, then the issue of a 10.3 Mil revenue payment to Glow for the software and services becomes an ever bigger question - are they paying themselves?

I will pass the information on to Allysa and Gary and ask for some clarification. I hope they will respond this time and understand this issue will not go away until reasonable answers are provided to their shareholders about IGC.

Kevin

Marv, The cat is out of the bag! and something stinks.

Checked out Software Gaming Corp and at www.softwaregaming.com and they are located at 120 Adelaide St. in Toronto . Take a look at a recent post by T.G.W you concerning Millennium Communications. THEY ARE IN THE SAME BUILDING!!! Also Donna Marie Antonaides(alias Donna Marie Anton???) is a director of Software Gaming Corp, she also works at Millennium Comm. The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place now. Millennium Comm. is the company that registered

www.globalgames.com (Glow's web site)
www.inthiscity.com (Wolf Key's web site)
www.softwaregaming.com (Software Gaming Corp, owners of IGC??)

What is the connection between these companies and GLOW?

Will GLOW management clarify these connections?

Why has the "Toronto Group" that GLOW mentioned in previous releases never been identified?

Why do both Software Gaming Corp and Global Games both identify IGC as wholely owned subsidiaries?

WE NEED ANWSERS.

PEACE

Riccardo
P.S. Good work T.G.W. , DAVID W. and MARV
