No, it sure isn't. Think about it: the most important antitrust case in a quarter of a century will be limited to about two dozen witnesses, put together after only about three months of discovery. And, it sounds from the Judge's comments about reserving "the month of September" for trial like the trial may last a comparatively short 30 days or so.

I'm sure Microsoft is just itching to get out from under Judge Jackson's thumb so they can fight the real battle on appeal.

And all those cheesy comments by Neukom about how the process is fair and how he has all the time he needs to prepare and present his case are sure going to play nicely when Netscape brings its antitrust suit.
