There are a couple of Y2k articles in TIME magazine this week, one entitled, "Why the Government's Machines Won't Make It."

The writer/editor apparently has not heard yet of Bob Bemer and his Vertex 2000.

Bob will be the first to tell you Vertex 2000 is not a "silver bullet", but it does address a huge segment of the non-compliant machines, especially the ones found in the government (including Canada's).

Why do I post the way I do ??? Well, I am not the most polite person around, and in many cases I will admit I am a bit rude. However, I do not hype stocks, I don't tell anyone what to do with their position, I tell it like I see it. I do care for the people on this thread, it's been a long road. I bring up the share issue not to tell you to sell, but to point you into the right direction as to why the stock is always under pressure. I have no idea if this stock goes up or down, I only know that there is a large block of stock that can be traded for a substantial gain. I am only letting you know the end of the market I know. I am not a tech guru, I rely on other people that I know, including people on this thread for that guidence. If I was trying to sell my position for a big gain, I would be posting all over the place to buy, buy, buy. If I wanted to buy stock cheaper, spooking the market only harms the trading action of the stock, it does not give me a great trade. When you quible over 1/8's, you are bound to get your head handed to you in this game. Even with all the stock out there, this company could trade to $3 on Monday. I have no idea where it is going, I just brought out a FACT that seemed to go unoticed and that's what hurts people trying to make money. Why do I post when I have sold my position ? Because I will own it again, I will sell again, I will buy again , and so on, and on, and on. What you do with your position has absolutely zero effect on this stock. The 3 million shares has the effect. That's my concern. The first thing to look for in a deal is how it is structured. If the structure is bad, chances are the stock will not trade well, and vise a versa. It doesn't matter what the company does, it tends to revolve around the shares out there, and restricted and where they are. Every once in a while you get a whacky stock like BAAT and a few others that take on a life of their own, but 99% of the time it's about who owns the stock, at what price, and who the people are. If you pay attention to those rules (for long term investing, not short term trading) you will do much better in this "game". That's what it is, a game. When you understand that concept, welcome to the greatest casino on earth. So, if you are still with me after all my ramblings, I will summarize by repeating that I have no idea where this stock is going. All I know is that there is a whole lot of stock that can hit the market at any time, and I have no control over that fact.
