I honestly think someone slipped up in their math. Because of that once they got hte stop transfers in place they dicided so much was illegal they would just start over with a new CUSIP and include the split to come and probably have a few extra.

Gary, Does Warren Buffett REALLY own shares of Arcon Energy?

No I was using his name as an example that I wished we could get a high profiled individual like him on the board. NOT that he even owns one shares. and we would not know if he does either.

Please understand this also ... this is Midland, Inc. ok ... the stock we own is Midland stock not Arcon not Novagaz. I have been buying Midland stock long before Arcon Energy even thought about coming in. Until the shareholder meeting we have Midland stock, with will get midland stock in the split and we get Midland common when the warrants are exercised.

That just dawned on me when that question was asked. This is a reverse merger and they cannot change the ticker or name or anything until the shareholder meeting. The shareholder meeting where we get to vote on issues ...

Just wanted to clarify that ..
