Hello j. Steve j.

If someone is going to the AGM ask the following questions.

1) What is the cut off grade to make a mining decision. In
other words if they reach 2 carats a ton will they build a mine.

2) Cash calls - once a decision to build a mine is made - how
long does KRT have to raise the funds for their share. Under most
JV's they would have 90 days to raise the several hundred millions
needed.

KRT is in a pay as you go business. Even though KRT has earned their
interest to date it can be diluted if they don't meet day to day
obligations of the jv. They won't be bought out they will be diluted
out.

over and out - aj
