Zeev: You must have missed the latest PR. This week, IPMCF sold 840,000 shares of its MGAU shares in a private transaction. No price was mentioned for what they received. I would guess that IPM maybe got $100,000 back for their $1 million.

I guess the other posters are right when they say that you have a difficult time comprehending what is being said, We have no intentions of bringing IPM into court on this matter,we will be bringing in the conspirators Mason Coggins, the Arizona Dept. of Mines, Behre Dolbear and any others that are involved in this conspiracy. If any of the other desert dirts had been hit like IPM has been they would have gone out of business a long time ago. In this world there is always someone who enjoys hitting the person that is down. IPM is not out of this yet, i understand from my sources that some financing is being accomplished at this time. you have to watch what you are doing, sometimes the one that is down kicks back.
