A start here for daily.. its not "rising" volume, the term you want is open interest.

JG,actually the site you gave tracks the volume of the stocks themselves. Is there any site you know of that tracks percentage gains in open interest on the options themselves?

You might try this site for reported actual volume but you would have to retrieve daily volume info yourself by going back each day.
