Once again I suggest a look at SII. It had fallen from low 60s 5 weeks ago, with a 52 week high in the 80s, to 37 1/4, and zoomed to 40 in the last rally.

My money and I both agree with you Elmer. NE has one of the highest profit margins that I seen ( 37% ) and a very low debt to equity ratio ( .12 ). Put that with earnings growth at 80% + for 98 and 70% in 99 and I'll live with the short term volatility. PDS has the highest ratings from the analysts that watch it and it is ranked #1 in its sector from Yahoo. It remains to be seen how long it will take to see the prices rebound.
