Pinky,

Thank you for the timely update. One of my favorite movies is Dune. There is a quote that I love in the movie.

"The sleeper must awaken"

Earl

Pinky, I think you got the following wrong.

"If I remember correctly 30% of IASCA's gross profits go to ITKG, utilizing the current CTHA. "

Read the SEC filings and you will discover the facts. I will post an excerpt form IAS's filings.

The Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Emergent Technologies, Corp., herein "ETC" whereby a limited company was incorporated, The Eclipse Antenna Manufacturing Corporation,
herein "TEAM". The Company owns 50% of the issued and outstanding common shares and ETC owns the remaining 50%. Pursuant to a voting agreement the Company can vote 100% of the shares of TEAM. The control person of ETC is the operator. The Company retains the worldwide commercial sublicense rights to the CTHA.

The purpose of the joint venture is to cooperate in the research and development of certain applications for the CTHA and to assemble and manufacture certain products relating thereto. IAS will buy products
from TEAM at cost to manufacture plus 30% for all commercial applications and ETC will buy product from TEAM at cost to manufacture plus 30% for all military applications. ETC acquired the worldwide
sublicense from Integral Concepts, Inc. for all military applications on January 2, 1997.

REPOST....

Spoke with Mark Williams, Mike Pound and Bill Ince, from ITKG, and Tyler at Wall Street West, on Friday.

Both groups confirmed that they are communicating.
The two news releases are awaiting final approval from all parties. [Will be about 12 to 14 days]

From May 28th news release:
Emergent will provide for the design, development, and production of its Contrawound Toroidal Helical Antenna (CTHA) antenna. Northrop Grumman, through its Electronic Sensors and Systems Division in Linthicum, Maryland, will provide the matching networks, physical integration, and assembly and packing of the final units.

The above needs further clarification; The antenna will constantly be under improvement, with newer
versions being the sole property of Emergent, thus, ITKG. That's just the antenna; Northrop Grumman
really want's to run with the matching networks, [The software/chip combo necessary to unite system with antenna].
We had a very exciting discussion concerning the CHTA being used in current Northrop Grumman production.

It's important to note here that ITKG will be the only source for these improved versions.

If I remember correctly 30% of IASCA's gross profits go to ITKG, utilizing the current CTHA. [I'm rechecking this, it's what I remember from conversation]
IASCA bid/ask as of Friday 3 1/8 & 3 3/16. Do you see what I see?

The audit from Emergent Tech. [that we have all been waiting for] was received on Thurs.; ITKG can now proceed with full reporting status.

Financials will be out Tues.

If I forgot anything, I will post.
