Legal Workshop Meeting Announcement

Date: June 25 -26, 1998

Location: San Francisco

As requested by participants at the Dallas Workshop, EPRI is
arranging a workshop for program participants' in-house legal
counsel to discuss Y2K related issues of common concern. The
workshop will be hosted by one or more General Counsel from
program participants.

The workshop is scheduled for June 25th and June 26th in San
Francisco. Topics for discussion will include legal strategy/risk
management/contingency planning; state and federal regulatory
issues related to Y2K and hypothetical case studies. The
workshop format will include a general session and "hands-on"
roundtable breakout sessions on specific topics of interest to
counsel responsible for their company's Y2K programs.

Good Evening Bob,

Thanks for answering my question so fast, I really appreciate it. I have been having problems accessing the link, either the server is down or it seems it might be very busy, I will keep trying. Has anybody else had problems getting beyond the home page of Gary North's site?
