ive not seen a chart like that before. i cant say much since im not familiar with it, but it gives me the impression of up in the short term. the overall trend is down even on that chart.

what is your investment strategy in these voltitaile times? im more heavily weighted to the short side. i have about 7 companies short and three longs. the shorts are tech. the longs are in the very beaten down oil driller area and one small software small cap. im also starting to trade nas 100 options. you dont get volatility like this often. i went long calls on fri and sold half the position just before the close to lock in a gain. am hoping to sell the balance around tue/ wed this week. i will then start to buy puts for the week after expiration where i believe we will be headed lower again.
