Seems like every time a micro-cap starts showing some real promise, the talk always swings around to "who might want to buy us out". Well I for one hope the answer is "no one". I don't invest in these high risk, microcap companies to have someone buy us out for a triple or maybe even a quadruple in my investment....I buy into them because they have the potential to be a 10 or even a 20 bagger!. Generally speaking, that isn't going to happen if the company gets gobbled up by some larger entity. Our best bet for long term, big-time return on investment is for the company to stay in tact and continue to grow, grow, grow... It's much easier for a 5 million dollar company to grow by a factor of 10 in just a couple years than it is for a 100 million dollar company to grow by a factor of 2 in twice that amount of time.

IMO Vinnie (just felt like rambling today)
