Benny, I think your scenario described above is right on the money (no pun intended) ...... I see Quicken and Checkfree as most likely players.

P.S. So, I'm assuming cych is planning to make money on individual credit card transactions done thru the web. Sort of like the charge visa/mastercard et al applies to their vendors.
