I got the info simply from WSRN - with the link in LGND's profile here, or from the last quarterly report from the PRNews link.
Dilution is always a bad thing - the question is only if the cash is efficiently used. I'm quite comfortable with the equity investments of their research partners but it just seems to me,that this broad pipline has its price - which obviously has to be funded with stock issues.
