JLA: Unfortunately, paragraph 18c of the BD contract explicitly says, "NO REFUNDS!" :o)

It seems almost intuitive that in the FL environment, hollow stem auger drilling would disturb the ore sample far less than RC drilling. BD should have been knowledgeable enough to advise Naxos on that. Maxam Gold's switch from auger drilling to RC drilling at their Peoria Seven property had the effect of nearly doubling gold assay grades...perhaps the ore over there is more difficult to drill or they used the wrong kind of auger drill.
