TJG I have been in this stock since September and I have all the capitalization workout, the revenues needed and hard assets to meet NASDAQ. Now it is up to MIDLAND to do whatever they have to do to get this puppy to NASDAQ. I thought when I was told there were suppose to 16.5M in assets and revenues that we had it. But since I could not prove it in black and white with filings I took as nothing. Rule 1.) If it does not exist in balck and white it does not exist. Now maybe I ma being overly optmistic but all we need is a filing proving assets and revenues and we can make the application for NASDAQ. Simple as that. Of course a buyout or JV or sonething like that would be nice too. Now since I am not a patent attorney or knowledgeable of patents I am clueless so I deal with what I do kno wand that is shells with a stock structure to get off this dang OTC arena. Hope this makes sense to you. Heck I have supported what ever has come into this shell hoping to get a news release we qualify for NASDAQ cause we definitely have the market capitalization now. Since the errors in all this and the cancelling of the 90K in B which is 14M and the 9M warrants which have not been exercised the common and P we could have a major voting stance. Heck if we can get on eplant built and revenues from it BOOM we have NASDAQ requirements met. Now I think everyone can see why I am sticking like glue to this stock and not even worried and buying on dips. Hope this makes sense to everyone. GB
