Hello Lilian

There should be a synopsis from the jv meetings available for
the shareholders. Further there would have been some discussion
as to what the overall goals are, this can't be secret!

ALSO MOST IMPORTANT - what does the dilution clause state with
respect to KRT coming up with cash. Do they get diluted in 30
days, 90 days ..... This has to be public as well.
