Dale, do you mean that there might actually be hope for BioTime? You said some guy ended up with a lawsuit for trashing FIBR (I don't follow that stock.. so i don't know what it is all about)... hmmm..you know, there is certainly a lot of trash being slung against BioTime.. an awful lot. ; )
