Did some checking back, Techie....

Had to find out why I associated you with banking. Found it. Also made some other interesting finds.

It seems your first post to the DELL thread was the 'Boeing rumor'. Totally unsubstantiated 'source' until someone else picked it up and put it on the wire. Looks to me like you were the original source of that rumor. Ever since you have been trying to do your best to make this stock look bad... Looks to me like you are you a professional, paid spammer

Rumor says Dell lost Boeing account to IBM. Has anyone else heard this?

No idea yet, nothing on tape. I got a call and within seconds the stock started tanking big time. I'll post when I get more info.

Okay, now I hear Boeing is/was 5% of revenue. Can anyone confirm this one? Nothing on the wires about this bit yet.

Are you asking for a name? From the street. The 1st ended up on tape, so I couldn't be too far off on the 2nd. It's coming from the same source.

Jerry dear, forget the rumor it's now on the tape. Is Dow Jones good enough source for you?
-- =Dell/IBM-2: Companies Not Available For Comment >DELL IBM --

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) shares dipped Friday after an unsubstantiated rumor circulated that International Business Machines Corp.(IBM) had taken over an account at Boeing Co. (BA). (more)

Don't you wonder why IBM is up 2 points and Dell is not?

Been there, done that. I used to be a Division Manager for a large Money Center Bank in NYC which is very proud of it's technology. Basically I was using computers before most people on this thread were using shoes.

No, not at all. Mikey selling doesn't bother me. He is a smart guy and he knows when his stock is unlikely to make new highs for a long time to come. The pe is now 56.3131 in the middle of a downturn in the PC sector. Don't blame him one bit.

You cite unsubstantiated sources, nebulous CEOs and CFOs, and unnamed references. Go away, SPAMMER.

Techie, I'll vouch that you're no investment banker...
