-May 28, 1998--Rhombic Corporation announces that its current 504 financing of $200,000 will be completed within the next ten days. Let'see here....that release appeared on May 28th. Assuming ten days is ten business days, that would bring the financing to fruition near/on Thursday June 11th. Hmm, that was thursday. Did anyone see/hear anything? Tomorrow will be the 13th business day. Okay so they are late....things never occur on schedule. I, along with many on this thread, are awaiting a news release from Daimler regarding Rhombic's royalties on the IEC units, however feel that a confirmatory news release on the $200K financing will come prior, perhaps tomorrow (if all went well). As for the pending private placement to raise approx. $2 mil for Rhombic's treasury, that seems months away as far as I can tell. I for one look forward to some NUKE releases this week. Regards, Boi
