All,

I was always under the impression that the retrospectiveness issue was
decided by the second supplementary study. This study itself caused a
delay of about a year.

If that wasn't the reason for the supplementary study what was it all about ??

I cant see how the mistakes in the manufacturing process could helped.
Despite any statements to the contrary I think it could have 'tilted' the
decisions against ATIS.
