I believe the best driller to own right now is RIG. It is the
"deepest" driller, and will be affected the least by low oil prices.
If oil prices suddenly surge upward, it will not be the largest
percentage gainer, but if they go down further or stay in this
range, it could very well be the best performer in the group.
Your choice of "best driller" depends upon your assumptions.
I am long RIG and 9 other drillers and service companies(and I'm
hurting).

Well, things are not looking too good this morning. We may be able to buy our favorites at even better discounts. I attempted to post the results of my poll. Last night but was unable to access the site. The results were as follows.

1. RIG (10 votes)
2. CDG (7)
3. UTI (6)
4. MDCO, NE (4)
5. FGII (3)
6. PTEN, DO, GW, ESV, RDC, TCMS, PKD (2)
7. BDI, MAVK, PFE, PDS (1)

Was somewhat surprised, not one vote for GLM
