This thread has grown quiet along with the slide in the yellow metal.
The pessimism of gold stock investors can be cut with a knife.
Perhaps this is a sign of the bottom in this sector, and if in fact
the U.S. wants to see a lower dollar (esp against the yen), we may
finally see some progress in the price of gold in dollars.
I suspect that the signs of potential deflation are quite obvious
to the Fed, etc., and I suspect that they would rather see some
inflation rather than the dreaded deflation. I don't know if they
can do it, but we'll see. Gold, CRB, OIL, COPPER will tell us.

The last few days move has been encouraging.
