Fred, woh there! Here's the answer. The $1.47 includes aqcuisition dilution. They don't state how much this actually is, but in the end, they are still lowering by $0.28.

And as far as '99, they did lower estimates. 2.73 to 2.26, like I think I said in my last post. Hard to see how much further this could be lowered, though.
