although there is a "range" function - I would do it like this:

output="hirange.lst";
Exchange=NYSE,NASDAQ,AMEX;
float avgrange;
avgrange:=movavg(0,10,hi)- movavg(0,10,lo);
if close(0)> 25 then
if avgrange > 1 then
println symbol:-6,",",close(0):6:3,",", avgrange:5:2;
endif;endif;

the output would result from the scan- there are almost 1000 symbols which meet the criteria and it would not be appropriate to list them.
