The same problem seems to exist with VVUS. I understand up until 2 weeks ago one of the online brokers was still allowing their shares to be shorted when according to everyone else on earth there were no shares available. Looking at # of shares versus # of shares shorted, granted old news, they seem to have a point. Are we going to get to a point with all of this computerized trading where actual shares won't mean much, but sentiment held on a hard drive will be the thing that matters?
