There was some discussion about seeking a US CPA firm during the Annual Meeting in January. Any such switch must be done very carefully, with both firms signing off on the switch, lest the impression be given that the company is "shopping" for a favorable auditing firm.

My understanding is that companies generally do not switch in the middle of a fiscal year. Rather, they select a new company and ask the shareholders to ratify that selection during the next annual meeting.

"You are correct; but I think they are looking for an American company to deal with for next financials".

Stop the BS. No ethical reason to look for an American CPA firm. Some one is spinning the reality here. Canadian firms are honest - and they have a license to provide the American Corporation's financial reports.

Look for a ghost somewhere else.

Best wishes:)

Island Man:

Long time ...hope all is well..

I added to my position a month ago and also started my self directed Roth IRA with 3000 shares . I figure I've got 10 years to retirement and would love to pull out $100,000.00 tax free at that time. Rough winter up there ?, Hope all is well in NS.!! or PEI ?
