Islander, I know you wrote to GaBArd but I can answer your question, "How do we really know this DF144 is real? " I have spoken with the EPA contractor who worked up the papers, the person at the EPA in charge of that area (fuels, additives) and the secreatary to the EPA Acting Director -- and I am completely satisfied that DF-144 is real and is EPA-approved. The chemicla compositions are secret but all the names (Arcon,Spriggs) are there for public record. Arcon should have a copy of the EPA approval which you may request. Call Spriggs' office. The other questions, including if it really works and what will happen with MIDL following the DF saga, I do not know for sure. Evidence indicates that DF-144 is the least of our problems at this point. I think that is why many of us who would normally pull out of such a presentation are holding on to this, buying more, and/or trying to figure out how to buy more.

Well I agree with you 100% which is why I never trust anyone and I get all the numbers I can. I pester everyone and I know this arena is fraught with those type and there are not just in shells either ... This appears to be one man that has a dead line and was not even associated with Midland prior to coming in. As far as the product goes the EPA gave a registration to something. Plus the testing has been proven and calls have been made to those testing companies which are bonded. Also with all the calling the companies have state the resultrs are accurate and even the Exxon release is accurate. Now I do not question the product oe the testing or the EPA or anything that has been substanuated. All we have now is John Speiggs who has not issued stock to himself nor run out of Houston Nor moved his family away noe abandon his family cars, nor anything. He contacted the attorneys, was right there in the office and his son and daughter in law in there with him. Now unless he whole family is it on something concerning Fisher which I highly doubt I have listen to John talk to Baylor University of which I am convinced John has the product ... ALso Baylor sent a letter to John o that mishap or the shareholder twisitng everything. I do expect you to be paranoid and I am flying out there this week I grant you. I want to get all I can get on what John is telling us. Since I am not a threat to the patents or DF-144 he should have no problem with me and he told me he told the FBI that he had an open door policy. Now there are a lot of people in Houston and Dallas and they could have made a five minute trip like I made the flight from Atlanta. I do intented to have some people in Houston meet me and go to the office there in Houston this week. I ma one of the few investors on this board that knows exactly why he bought, had the DD to back it up and answer any question as of when I got into back last September and supported it through the various acquistions. Now I also have not pumped and dumped nor anything of that nature. I am still here in full support ... Dan Fisher has even tried to talk me out of supporting this stock. He had people call me warning me and I have been threated to be sued. Well I am right here and I will continue to DD this stock and report what I find. I do not like what Dan has done and I am not going to accuse John of being an affiliate that is up to the attorneys. Dan Fisher has done something no one can believe he did and I do not know how he got away with any of it unless he had some help doing all this without the board and secretaries approval. Most of the company I have talked to are just as livid as we are and just as surprised. With the Novagaz shareholders after him I would not want to be associated with him in any dealing concerning Midland stock right now. John says he has the patents applications for new patents and so forth. Exxon is requesting something and I doubt they did so slack a job they would request it and put their name on it for the fun of it nor anything else in the industry. If this is a hoax by George they got everyone. But I understand your concern and I agree with you but I do not believe in a mass calculating hoax because too many people are involved and the board was taken by surprise also. GB
