OT OT, A lot of us have said things about analysts, brokers, magazines, etal. Surely, we still have freedom of speech in the US. That lawsuit sounds nutty to me, but the article also says he was saying those things on a daily basis, (I think he called them incompetent... which they probably are.) I guess it's possible he/someone can cross the line into the "defamatory" arena. I would think they made some positive changes at the exchange because of his negative comments... maybe he should send them a bill -g-.
