I think "reverse Public offering" refers to the fact that the company is already public.

OK - Reverse public offering - I read it as follows: You are not able to achieve/obtain any further public offering yourself - So you buy into a company that are able to get financing through PO.

Did I read somewhere that the esvs is going for further financing.

It's OK with me that is what investors is used for.

Only - Looking at that - I say that the old year financials again become useful - Why ? - Because the status of ZULU will be mergered into esvs and that total balance will be the basis for the valuation.

Then again this is all in order to obtain NASDAQ listing ? Why ?
Because the PO there will give a better financing.

Yes we are talking dilution here - Again the only way to asses the opportunities in this, is to know how ZULU did perform in terms of turnover and which skeletons that are in the closets, both only real good (trustworthy) info when coming from filed 10K.

That article is interesting, aleta... I never read it before.

I'm trying to catch up on information. Anybody have an address for the NY headquarters for Zulumedia? I might swing by when I go to the Javits Center in NYC for the Macworld Expo in early July.

MG Out.
