Off topic Y2K Problem

I was out of town at a baseball tournament this weekend and heard an interesting story. We had a block of rooms reserved in a hotel which is part of a large North American chain, each family had to phone in their credit card numbers to hold the rooms. When one lady phoned in her number, the desk clerk told her the number was invalid, guess what the expiry date was?? Mar. 2000, when the last 2 digits of the number were entered (00) the computer system wouldn't accept it! Is this a customer for TPII? You bet, how many more are out there?
