Steve:

Just two weeks ago we were assessing gcty's cap. as 300 to 500m, now we are talking about 966m to 1.4B. The other 21 companies are likely to make primary offering within next three years. What is the net present value of other 21 enterprises? Very tough question indeed. I have posted my views on Yahoo about this. We should watch the management's actions. As long as cmg sells matured companies (e.g. recent sale of 250K shares of lcos) and uses part of the money to invest in new ventures we can be assured that cmg thinks it is able to find investments where it can make positive impact. The acquisition of Accipiter, 19m investment in new venture, creation of @venture III,etc makes me think that cmg is on track. Someone suggested that engage is worth cmg's total market cap! Cmg is creating unique assets and it is becoming victim of its own success. It needs working capital and investment capital, so it has to sell its matured holding. But it does not want to sell these matured comapnies because it envisions very bright future for these companies. It would be interesting to observe if cmg itself does secondary offering of its own stock in the future.

Sorry about this rumbling. I cannot tell you the net present value of these 21 future public companies and any additional ventures cmg will take on. But I am 95% certain it is more than $7 per share. My suggestion is to forget all the strategies and simply watch these kids grow.

Good luck to all
