"To me the divergences are clear and are setting the markets up for a major and strong move up."

That is exactly the read I got upon examining your charts.

william,

what do any of us really know? since my views for the coming months are 100% out of sync with yours(im totally bearish) and you think we are preparing for a major run, i would like to hear why you think that way. have you tested your system over time? is this something you are just developing now?

as for me, i see;

asia falling to pieces

europe just as overvalued as us market

inflation and interest rates very low( can only go up in longer term)short term i think int rates going lower

unemployment at lows and to start rising

s and p earnings shrinking while market rising

im not worried about inflation rising, but a deflationary period. i think the world( not a typo) could head into a deflationary spiral. i see major market tops that could stand for years.

i think i will remain short for a bit more. things are just starting to hit.
