The questions that I have asked, should be available to any investor of any company on any exchange. It is the baseline of equitably evaluating a company. The questions that I asked should have been available to all shareholders of record for the 1996 and 1997 year and for each quarter thereof. Filing with the SEC has nothing to do with the kind of information I asked for, it is not insider information and is not illegal for the company to give. To make a point I am going to request the same information from another company of approximately the same size, in the same field and see what happens. I will post it shortly.

What criminal act are you talking about?
