Not to get too excited (just look at the balance sheet for a reality check) but....

Did anyone notice in the 10Q filed yesterday that TFRY says its April 1998 financing of $1.5mm was from the sale of stock to a U.S. Corporation?

I haven't checked past financing discussions, but I don't remember this was the usual comment on where the money came from--an "investor group" or some such terminology was used before I believe.

The price was very dilutive as usual ($0.50/share) so this makes me less inclined to believe that it's anybody interesting buying (such as a strategic partner of some sorts).

Any thoughts?

Greg
PS--Janice, forget retooling--Ed even mentioned a SECOND production run of machines in the Q! (mainly to justify selling more $0.50 stock I'd assume)
