Tom, thanks for some clarification. I appreciate your posting here.
Forgive me if I am cautious where TMM is concerned. You know the history. ;-) If this is the real deal it sounds too good to be true.
I am hoping it is in fact a huge break for us.

I'll try to step back a bit and watch as this all unfolds. Hopefully a rising stock price will be an indication.

Thanks again,

Carol

Tom, your description of the new business sounds a lot like many of the projects you discussed wanting to do when you first rejoined TMM: DVD projects, database management ( I've seen your's and Chili's work with SS in Newark - Outstanding!).

I like that "Control of the Post-Production Center" statement too.

Remember your "one thin dime" goal last year? Please do your best to get your new partners excited enough about the deal to spread the word through networking and news releases so we can see some decent price appreciation. Everyone on SI is tapped out and we need new investors.

We'll keep an eye out for news from that company with a mouse, a reference to TMM in it wouldn't hurt<g>.

Bruce

"As for the nay sayers, do what I do just delete the mail because they are miserable people who like to share there misery with others, if you don't read it you WIN !"

Let's see if I understand this. If I disagree with tmmi's business practices (what business?) and question vague unsupported press releases, then I am a miserable person. Since when does disagreeing with obfuscation make someone a miserable person? Gee, the logic of that statement fits into the same category as tmmi's business over the last year. Come on, Tom, why don't you just come clean and release trudef sales figures, expenses, and all the usual stuff that REAL companies do. Let me suggest why you don't. BECAUSE THE TRUTH WOULD EXPOSE TMMI'S UTTER FAILURE AS A BUSINESS. You're using the same tactic that Clinton uses: Don't deny the facts, just change the subject. Yeah, that's right. Waldy, Paul Goldstein and I are the problem. Unhuh.
Instead of talking about what you're going to do (which in the past has never come to fruition), why don't you just do it? I've said over and over that if you want to shut me up, all you have to do is PERFORM. It's called SUBSTANCE OVER FORM.

Arnie

TOm, I still need a little clarification on the post production center that is "owned" by ECC. "ECC owns a state-of-the-art multimedia production studio with conferencing capabilities and distance-learning classrooms."
Do they own it alone, free and clear? or are there partners and/or co-owners that have a piece of it? I am trying to find out if there is a difference between "controling it", having "access" to it, and actually "owning" it and it's value.
How did they get ATT, Lucent Ecostar, US WEST, U.C. and others to build a center that ECC would own?
Thanks in advance,

carol
