Now there you go again. Gates is very smart and he communicates very effective. He takes the FTC's charge serious and I am sure that he wrote it. Gates is smart. No doubt about it. But in my opinion his communication skills are poor. That's just my opinion. I have listened to audio of both Bill Gates and Andy Grove talk. Andy Grove is an excellent communicator, in spite of the fact that English is not his first language. Also, given the current legal climate and the troubles Microsoft has gotten in from individuals "shooting from the lip" don't you think high priced lawyers have gone over every Gates release with a microscopic comb?
