RE: Buy and Hold Tech?

Edwin,

>> I read on one of these threads about a year ago that no tech stock should ever be a "buy and hold" position. I didn't believe it then, but I'm beginning to. <<

Although that might be true in general, there are a number of tech stocks that have consistently performed over the years: MSFT, INTC, DELL, etc.

Edwin, I am new, but I have been enjoyed reading the good comments about syqt on this thread to learn more about how this stock is doing regarding to the recent news and its history financial performance. I observed that the good comments are coming from someone who follow this stock for a long time or one who can give some factual analysis, but NOT truly from the IOM rival investor like yourself. I have recognized that you are one of the major contributors to IOM thread. Obviously, by any purposes, you can say anything on this thread, but I doubt about your expressions in anyway.
In my opinion, if you are holding IOM shares, and not holding any of SYQT shares, you don't have to scare about and just spend all your time to contribute in the IOM thread as Tim Dickson has mentioned before <<I can see why anyone that is into IOMEGA or short in SyQuest may be scared of the competition. >>

Thanks
