ENMD - I bought November 15 puts because they were very cheap when the ENMD story first broke, and I expected bumps and touts on the way like this.

If ENMD really can cure cancer, there should be some positive signs by November. I lose my premium but have hopes for a longer life.

If not, ENMD should fall back to its previous trading range in the mid-teens. I will probably sell my puts before then (like September if ENMD is trading around 18 - 20 and the puts are now worth $2-3).

Just one approach.
