Thanks for the bio info on Joseph Rizzi. It appears that Rizzi bought the 30,000 shares on the open market, which translates into approximately $500,000. It is somewhat comforting to know that a director of SNDK has demonstrated that he is bullish on the stock.

I acquired SNDK at the following prices:

1/3 of holdings at $10
1/3 of holdings at $24
1/3 of holdings at $16

Currently holding Oct 30 calls (ugh) and Jan 22 1/2 calls.
