Shoot. I can't arbitrage the FTPS/NETM merger. 0.73 shares of NETM for each share of FTPS. The discrepancy is currently at 17 percent, making this quite an interesting play for the patient. With the issues being below the $5.00 mark though, it makes it impossible for more traditional brokerages to short NETM.

Hello Rainier,

I found out that the buy recommendation comes from Robertson Stephens. There are also two hold recommendations by other companies. I normally don't pay too much attention to analyst recommendations, but a hold rating raises my eyebrow.
